– Ma’am Evangeline “Angie” Baldugo on Consistency, Unity, and Leading with Heart

When Ma’am Evangeline “Angie” Baldugo talks about leadership, she does not begin with titles or tenure. She begins with responsibility.

“I started with a desire to learn, improve, and contribute meaningfully.”

Now marking ten years at Disruptive Solutions Inc., she serves as Territory Sales Manager with a leadership style shaped not by volume, but by steadiness. In an environment where performance matters and targets are constant, her approach to growth has remained grounded in something simple: unity within the team and consistency with clients.

In this conversation, she reflects on how leadership drives performance, how collaboration sustains growth, and what it truly means for women to lead with confidence.

Leadership That Starts Within the Team

Asked what strategies have helped her consistently drive sales performance and build long-term partnerships, she shifts the focus away from herself.

“I focus on unity within my team because strong teamwork helps us perform better.”

For her, growth is never a solo effort. Large deals require coordination, preparation, and guidance. She stays closely involved in negotiations, especially when newer agents are navigating complex transactions.

“When we handle large deals, I make sure to guide and support my agents until we successfully close the deal.”

Her leadership is hands-on but not overpowering. She provides direction without removing ownership. The goal is not only to close a deal, but to develop capability.

Over time, this approach has strengthened both confidence and competence within her team.

Driving growth together, unity within the team remains the cornerstone of Ma’am Angie’s leadership philosophy.

Consistency as a Growth Strategy

Performance, she explains, is sustained through relationships. “I stay close to our key clients through regular communication and visits to maintain strong relationships.”

There is intention in that repetition: Regular communication, Field visits, Follow-through.

Growth at Disruptive Solutions Inc. is not built on single transactions. It is reinforced through continued presence and reliable support. By staying accessible and responsive, she ensures that partnerships extend beyond individual projects.

Balancing Targets and Relationships

Leadership requires managing multiple demands at once. Targets must be met, teams must be aligned, and clients must feel supported.

“I stay organized and focused on what matters most,” she says. Structure is central to her approach. While she monitors performance metrics and spends time in the field, she ensures that internal operations remain stable.

To do this, she assigns an Officer-In-Charge to guide the team and keep operations running smoothly. Delegation, in her case, shows her trust in her team. By empowering her team with responsibility, she builds accountability and continuity.

“This helps us stay consistent, work together, and achieve our goals as a team.” The emphasis remains collective. Growth, she believes, is stronger when shared.

Women in Leadership: Confidence with Humility

As part of Women’s Month, she was asked what advice she would offer aspiring women leaders in sales, business development, or technical industries. Her response reflects both resilience and self-awareness.

“Believe in yourself and be confident in your abilities.”

Confidence, however, is paired with openness. “Be open to learning, work hard, and don’t be afraid to take on challenges.” She acknowledges that leadership journeys are not always smooth in her advice to stay resilient during difficult times, and keep showing up with consistency.

Then she offers a line that captures her philosophy fully:

“Lead with confidence, humility, and heart.”

In her experience, leadership does not require forcefulness to be effective. It requires clarity, discipline, empathy, and composure. It requires believing in one’s capabilities while remaining open to growth.

Her presence demonstrates that women in leadership drive performance not by imitating existing models, but by strengthening them with relational intelligence and steady resolve.

Driving Growth Through Unity

After a decade at Disruptive Solutions Inc., the pattern in her leadership is clear. She guides her team closely, stays present with clients, builds systems that function even in her absence, and chooses resilience over reaction.

Growth, under her leadership, is not accidental but it is organized, relational, and consistent.

And perhaps most importantly, it is shared.

As Disruptive Solutions Inc. continues to expand and compete in a demanding market, leaders like Ma’am Angie demonstrate that performance and empathy are not opposing forces. They are complementary strengths. Women in leadership are not simply participating in growth, they are driving it. through unity, discipline, and heart.
