BRANCH MANAGER

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage but not required)
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in the construction or lighting industry is an advantage
  • Proven experience in operations management, sales, or customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
